Product Description

We use old-fashioned stone-ground corn to make our classic white grits. They prepare easily with appealing color, texture, and smell. You’ll have to try them for yourself to see just how good a simple food like grits can taste.

Enriched White Grits (White Grits, Thiamine, Niacin, Riboflavin, Iron, and Folic Acid).

Cooking Instructions: 3/4 cup moss white grits. 1 tablespoon butter. 3 cups water. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Bring water, salt, butter and grits to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until grits are thick and creamy. You may have to adjust water according to your preference.
To open, twist to and lift the wire ring off.
